Antonio Velardo and Jack Welch on Extremes

http://ift.tt/1yS01ub An American icon when it comes to running a company. I watched a little show on the history, or beginnings, of this company last night. This was Edison's company originally and was created as this inventor and entrepreneur had ideas to revolutionize the way the world worked. An amazing story worth checking into if you get the time. In modern times, Mr. Welch here is credited for being a shrewd ceo, bringing change and taking the bull by the horns at GE and elevating it to new levels of success, quality, and inventiveness yet again. Here, he speaks briefly about the need to, I think, to determine what is needed to be successful in business, and then set out to make that happen. To have that goal in mind and to set out after it and to demand that all those int he organization work to that end as well. His words are a little more succinct than mine, but his point is all the same. I have found the same determination has been necessary in my real estate endeavors. Sometimes you do not always know what needs done, and you lack vision or direction. It will come to you though. That break through, and when it does, go after it. Figure out how to implement it, to make it work, and to get others to work to that end also. Paramount to success, I promise you! you can also visit my blog for more advice at antoniovelardoblog.com http://ift.tt/1y2PYvj
