Those who have done well in life owe it to others to act responsibility and to do more for those who can't do for themselves. You do not have to be Warren Buffet (who we here here giving some very good advice that I wanted to share) or Bill Gates, but if you are fortunate you know there are plenty more around you who are not as fortunate. Be mindful of this and do for others every chance that you can. Now, to Mr. Buffet's advice here, I thought this was a great thought for anyone in business. Smarts can take you very far, but more importantly is the ability to make good decisions quickly, and to stick with them. As you make more decisions you will get better at doing so, that is just part of it. But stand by your own process and your own intuition and do not let yourself get easily swayed.
